Andy has been a full-time resident of Palm Springs since 1989, officially qualifying him as a “Desert Rat.” Less than a handful of years later Andy earned his California Real Estate Salesperson License which he has maintained for over thirty years. In that time he has primarily focused his skills on architectural properties which has resulted in representing clients in the sale and acquisition of significant properties by renowned architects such as John Lautner, William F. Cody, E. Stewart Williams, Albert Frey, Donald Wexler, Harold Levitt, and Edward H. Fickett.  Andy’s experience and expertise in these distinctive properties makes him the sought-after expert Realtor in this field. In his three decades-plus in Palm Springs real estate, he has embodied experience that serves his clients in all markets, up, down, or sideways. There is no substitute for experience that only The ASK Team can provide.

Andy balances his exceptional real estate service with a deep commitment to his community. He served 14 years on the Board of Directors of Desert AIDS Project (now known as DAP Health), 15 years (and continuing) on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Board (D.C.), along with significant terms on the Palm Springs Modernism Committee Board, and the LGBTQ Outreach Committee of the Palm Springs Police Department.

His efforts have been recognized by DAP Health’s Steve Chase Humanitarian Awards Community Legacy Award, 2024 and a “Special  Tribute” in 2004), Harvey B. Milk Leadership Award (2022), Equality California (Vanguard Leadership Award, 2014), City of Palm Springs Human Rights Commission, Stroke Recovery Center Ann Angel Award (2011), Palm Springs Pride Community Grand Marshall (2009), AIDS Assistance Program Herb Lazenby Community Service Award (2007), and Desert Rainbow Foundation Hall of Fame (2001).
